The detailed instructions on how you can turn the camera on can be found in the user's manual. You can also follow these steps:

1. Click Start/Windows logo

2. Click All Programs

3. Click the application for your camera

Based on my research, the integrated camera does not require driver software to be installed because it is built-in to the Operating System. The manual for this device is 274 pages and can be downloaded here:
