Why Do My Laptop Beeps When I Turn It On For Like 30 Seconds

Those beeps are coming from your motherboard and BIOS.
It does a system system and hardware check every time it boots up and is uses beeps to give you messages.
The number of beeps and the frequency tells you what's wrong with it. Beeping for 30 seconds is definitely not normal. This depends on what motherboard is in your computer, so you'll have to look it in the documentation for your motherboard.
