That's would be little bit complicated for people who don't have advance experience as repairman, but if you want to change it by your self just be careful because there are so many nuts hiding in those casing like the two nuts hiding behind the DVD room and etc. For cmos battery it is located under your keyboard but when you want to replace it not only keyboard you should remove but also upper casing and lower casing to reach that battery.
