Reasons For Trouble
some keys are not working. seakers not working since last 3 yrs.

Sounds like a liquid got spilled into the keyboard at some time.
That will require cleaning or replacing the keyboard, no small effort. The speakers could be affected by the same issue.
I recommend having a tech look at the system.
