How To Clear My Bios Without A Sd Card And Reactory Rest My Computer

so every time I type in the wrong pass word when the BIOs password comes up it then said that it will halt and then a blank black screen comes up with a under score pop s up how can I rest the whole computer so that way I. Can get into the desk top
