I Do The Alt And F10 Button And Nothing

I do the alt and f10 button but it just beeps and I continues to the login screen so how long do I hold do those buttons for

Try Alt+F10 erecovery anyway using a coldboot following this

Please check this tutorial video.

If still nothing, do you hear any BIOS beep error codes especially when disconnecting the HDD and removing RAM modules
