Password Issue
I bought this laptop for my wife to comunicate with family out of country but one day we attempted to turn it on and it came up a different account niether of use where familar with even though it was complete reset we I purchased it. Please help me toremove password or take corrective action I've tried everything I can think of and am at my wits end thank you in advance for any answer or solutions you may provide.
