When I Put On The Tv It Shows Blue And When I Change The Channel It Still Stay B

Hello, often when you get the plain blue screen, it's because the TV is not receiving an input signal. Check your cables coming in from your receiver, set-top box, dish, or other input device. If all the cables are attached correctly, you may have a bad cable or a bad jack. Try a different type of connection (ie. composite cables instead of HDMI, etc. depending on which types of connection your TV supports). You could also try another input device, like a DVD player, to see if the problem is with your receiver or set-top box.
