No Text Message Received

I got a FamilyTalk Group 1 plan. I pay for any text message sent or received. But then when I sent a message to my husband he never received it, though it was successfully sent. We both tried a test message, same thing it was successfully sent, but no message in our inbox. But one time, my husband got a message from other carrier.
