Many common U-verse problems can be solved by rebooting your AT&T U-verse receivers (set top boxes) or gateways. To reboot, push and hold the POWER button on the receiver for ten seconds. After ten seconds, release the button. You may experience an orange screen on your TV during the reboot. Resetting takes approximately 5-8 minutes. This will impact any DVR recordings in progress. If this doesn't help you should call the support number on your billing.
I hope this is helpful to you!
