My Picture Keeps Freezing Up On All Channels, No Sound.

I hate to say this but you may continue to have this problem even after resetting.
- Press the AT&T mode button (red light will flash) at the upper left of the remote
- Press and hold the power key on the receiver for 5-10 seconds until the reciver lights flash
- Picture and sound should be restored but this may actually take a few minutes of the system rebooting.
- IF THAT DOESN'T WORK
- Call AT&T U-verse at 1-800-288-2020 and when prompted say TECHNICAL SUPPORT. THen press # to speak to a live tech person.
- By this time the automated switchboard may have run a diagnostic on your system but TECH SUPPORT may do it again.
- If your Tier 1 Tech Support can't resolve the issue, ask to speak to a Tier 2 person.
