No Sound With Windows 7
I have a dual boot system...XP & 7. Audio works in XP but no sound in 7. I also installed Sound Blaster 5.1vx card. It doesn't work in 7....Any answers out there...please?
ASrock informed me that there are no drivers for ad2700 in XP. That's why i bought the card.

Unfortunately, there might be a driver conflict with device driver of your audio device. Remember that Windows 7 has a default audio driver which will automatically install. You have to check if this is the case by clicking the Start, Right click the My Computer, Click the Device Manager, and see if there is a question mark or exclamation point. This indicates a driver conflict and you may need to reinstall your audio driver software.
