Aeg S73400ctw1 Frost Free Fridge Freezer Loud Noise

The above is just over 3 years old and has started to make a really loud noise that seems to be coming from the freezer compartment. This stops when you open the door to the fridge compartment. It sounds like a motor vibrating against something! Any help much appreciated?
