Website Has Been Down For Days And My Bill--which I Always Pay Online--is Due.

My bill is due tomorrow and the website has been down for days. Does anyone have a reliable phone number to reach ACS?

I would try 1-800-835-4611. They should be answering calls starting at 8 AM EST tomorrow (10/14).

I'm going through the same thing... the website is down because the government is shut down which includes federal student loans...
