Yes, once you have successfully activated your Personalized Card and reset your PIN. Although you will select a 4 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) when you register your Starter Card that came in the package, the Starter Card does not have ATM or cash access. ATM fees may apply; see your Cardholder Agreement and Fee Table for more information. Call Customer Support at 888-225-6091. for further assistance.
