Do I Have To Have A California License To Insure My Car With The Aaa

As someone who works for AAA, absolutely not. Any vehicle can be insured through any company at anytime. Only operating it on the road requires a license in the state it will be driven in. You can purchase insurance and also subscribe to roadside assistance through AAA no problem.
