Cannot remove jar nut. Ice not crushed. PROBABLE CAUSE/SOLUTION • Tighten jar nut on jar. • Make sure lid with filler cap is pushed down tightly on the base and turn the jar... jar nut by holding jar and turning jar nut counterclockwise. • Place the blender jar on jar.
