STEP 1 Pull the hood release lever. STEP 2 Lift the auxiliary catch lever and lift the hood. 4 Maintenance and care STEP 3 Hold the hood open the hood. The hood will pop up slightly. Front of vehicle STEP 3 Before raising the vehicle, make sure that the floor jack is positioned so that the jack point fits securely inside the groove on the floor jack with the "FORWARD" facing towards the front of the vehicle, and place the jack. Do-it-yourself maintenance STEP 2 Set the jack attachment on the jack attachment. 312 4-3.
