The coolant level should be at the ADD mark. If it 's safe to lift the hood, here's what you may have a leak in the radiator hoses, heater hoses, radiator, water pump or somewhere else in the cooling system. 5-12 Coolant recovery tank B. Lift the hood, release the hood prop from its retainer and put the hood prop into the slot in the hood. It will latch when dropped from the slot in the hood and return the prop to relieve pressure on the hood. - 6-7 Then just pull the hood down firmly to close. Before closingthe hood, be sure all the filler caps areon properly.
