I Was Dissappointed In My Order(34598608) Delivered On Jan 2nd. It Was A Memorial Spray On A Stand And Didn't Look Much Like The One I Ordered. There Were Far Too Few Flowers And Looked As If Someone Picked Out A Lot Of Them. Since I Sent Them, I Was Truly Embarrassed.

Ordered flowers on Fri morning for Daughter-in-law, supposed to be delivered that day for Mothers Day on Sun. Got E-mail that nght that they ran out of flowers and had canceled and refunded money. Reordered on Sat morn (different flower and more expensive) and she never got them either. Never got E-mail or any response from them. Reached CS on Tuesday and they told me same story, ran out of flowers and canceled. Will never use their service again.
