Worst Quality and Customer Service EVER

I bought an MSI brand computer, and it was a huge mistake. The specs look nice, but the computers are horrible quality. I've owned my MSI computer for 6 months and already the screen has discolorations and blown pixels (and no, I haven't dropped it or damaged it in anyway), I've been given a battery replacement warning, the keyboard sticks on several letters, and the webcam doesn't work, and hasn't from right out of the box. All this in only 6 months! Not only is their quality completely crap, but when I contacted them for assistance, they completely ignored me. BUYER BEWARE!

I was unfortunate to purchase an CR630, the biggest heap of junk I have purchased as a laptop. Customer service has to be the worst experienced after waiting days for an initial response, was told to get in touch with another department, who were never obtainable. Further problems now occur, and again although full details have been provided to MSI last week on their site, I have still received no response. Stay away from MSI. If you require a reliable item, spend a little extra for a well known manufacturer with excellent customer service

MSI Notebook--the little cheap power on/off sw broke after 6 months, and can't get it fixed. Must buy the whole part of frame. MSI
has really gone down hill.

I bought MSI Wind U250 and I was looking for some information on BIOS settings and RAM upgrade that I couldn't find in the documentation. I tried contacting MSI UK Tech Support - haven't heard from them: it's been 2 month now and it doesn't seem like I will ever hear from them. Then I posted to MSI Global Tech Support - they only responded once for every ticked I submitted after 7 days from the submission day (!) and yet none of those was resolved. Either they were asking for more information or giving non-relevant response probably from templates. And that was all - no more replies from them in 3 weeks. Now what kind of Tech Support is that? Those guys suck! Don't buy from them.
