Kip 7100 Touch Screen
good afternoon, i was trying to print blueprints for a coworker. but the printer would not process the files from my computer to the printer itself. i tried to restart the machine and now i cannot get the printer to go into warm up mode or be ready, and the scanner will not be found?? i have been working on this for about 3 hours now with no progress so any advice would be awesome! the weird thing to me is that it processed the info from my computer into the kip but nothing is responding on the machine itself. thank you for the help!!!
