Xerox Phaser 6121 Mfp Prints Fine In B&w But Jams In Fuser When Printing Colour
Each time I try to print anything in colour on my printer it jams and reports the jam to be in the fuser. It appears its decided to not even attempt to print the top inch of the output and goes right up to the edge of the page. When I try to print in black and white however, it prints with no problems at all. I have replaced the fuser unit to see if this would solve the problem and get the exact same errors. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?
