How Do I Recover My Webkinz Information If I Don't Have A Parent Email?
I logged into my Webkinz account and everything worked, but then it froze and logged me out. Then when i tried to log back in, it told me the information was incorrect. I never changed my password and I don't have a parent email to recover my information.

Sorry about the issue. If you do not have the Parent's Email, you then have the option to use the Secrete Code method from here. Click on 'Forgot log in?' > then click on Secrete Code > then complete and submit the form that comes up on the next screen...
