Sd-v392su Won't Eject

sd-v292su won't eject or open door.  Any suggestions? Thanks

Greetings - While the unit is turned on, unplug the power cable from the wall outlet > press and hold the eject/stop button > then plug back the power cable onto the outlet while the button is still held down.
