My Toshiba Model #psle8u-02p01d Stuck On Toshiba Leading Innovation Screen

it will not move off this screen maybe a keyboard problem mouse isn't working either

The laptop appears to be freezing at POST (Power On Self Test). This very likely indicates a hardware issue. I recommend having it looked at by a local computer repair shop.
