How Can You Reset This To The Factory Defaults?
I have 2 voyager edge bluetooth earpieces, how can I reset them to the factory default? in the past with any brand headset when the call quality went away by resetting the headset to the factory defaults almost always corrected the problem

Hi. The manual here https://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Plantronics/VoyagerEdge/217131 says to deplete the battery fully and the charge it full.
