Billing Statement Online Want

Go out to mediacomtoday.com and click on customer support, then choose view/pay bill. You will need your pin number which is located on your bill. It's against FCC regulations for this to be given out over the phone, but if you need another copy of your bill forced out you can call 800-332-0245, or you can go to your local office with picture ID and they can print one out.

Go to http://mediacomcable.com/CustomerSupport. On the right side of the page there is a link to View/Pay my Bill. If you do not remember your log in information,  please follow these steps.

1.  Click on the View/Pay my Bill link

2. Clink on "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the next window.

3. Enter your sixteen digit account number from your bill that begins with 8383

4. Click "Reset My Password"

5. Enter the four digit pin number found in the "Account Summary" section of your paper bill

6. Click "Next"

7. On the next screen your login ID will be displayed about two blank boxes if you have already established your account. You may then reset your password.

If you have not yet set up your online billing account, please follow these steps:

1.  Go to www.mediacomcable.com

2. Click on "My Account" tab @ the top of the screen.

3. In the "New Users" box on the lower right enter your sixteen digit account number from your paper statement.

4. Click "Continue"

5. Enter your 4 digit pin located in the "Account Summary" section of your billing statement

6. Click "Next"

7. Create your user name and password to setup your online billing account.
