Samsung S4 Won't Download Contacts To Jabra Tour.

Paired wife's Samsung S4 with Jabra Tour. The S4 asks if I'd like to download contacts, but when I hit "yes" it just goes back to the question. Latest firmware loaded to Tour.

You don't need to have contacts downloaded to the Jabra Tour - the Tour accesses your contacts on the fly using the Bluetooth profile "PBAP."
