The most common causes for this issue are:

1) The water inlet valve is turned off.

2) The water inlet hose has a kink or is blocked by debris.

3) The float switch on the top of the overflow tube is not functioning properly.

4) The float switch on the bottom of the overflow tube is not functioning properly.
