Scsi Error
hi am getting error like this scsi error check scsi i had changed the whole drive with canister and even i changed control card also but still error remain,s same please suggest me how diagnostic

Here is a link for the latest diagnostic utility from our website.
Also where are you seeing the error that you are talking about? Is it is the device manager? Or is it in a different form of Diagnostics? Have you tried to clean the drive? Can you look to see what version of the firmware is currently installed on the tape library? Please let me know when you can and see if the diagnostics give you a error code.
