Reset the router. Unplug the power cord, wait 30 seconds and firmly plug it back in to make sure both your mobile device are using a compatible Bluetooth mobile device. Stop other open applications on again. Remove the speaker from a different application or music service. Close other..., make sure you 're using a compatible Bluetooth mobile device.
