My Family Had Ntelos And Were Cut Off Because Us Cellular Requests The # 4 Later

My family had 4 Business Phones and US Cellular was going to give them a better deal and when they called to request the numbers for later,(noone had even signed the contract yet) Ntelos automatically shut off the phones and now they have no service until Tues. What can be done about this? US Cellular said that the phone co's usually wait until the customer calls or the other phone is turned on. The main number

I do apologize your service is off. When a port request comes through to us, we are required by law to release your number. We will be happy to check into this for them. call 1-877-468-3567
