It depends on whether you have a prepaid or contract account. If you have a prepaid account you would need to visit www.ntelos.com and sign on to your online account using your 10 digit cell phone number and 4 digit pin code. If you have a contract account you can call customer service at 1-877-468-3567 and request a detailed copy of your billing statment or add the feature to the account.

It depends on what kind of service you have with us! If you have a prepaid account you can visit www.ntelos.com and sign into your online account using your 4 digit pin number. From there if you click on account in the left hand corner and then click events. It will give you all of your incoming and outgoing calls. If you have a postpaid account you would have to add detail billing to the account or call in and request a copy of the statement. Also, if you want to view the details online you would have to register at www.ntelos.com and add the detailed billing. However, this does not show up until your next billing statement.
