Emachines E727 Is Stuck On Set Up Is Starting Services

The boot sector files cannot be loaded on your hardd disk. This is related to an Operating System issue that requires reinstallation. You can use the restore to factory settings of this product to easily restore to its previous working state. I provided the video tutorial links below that may help you in restoring your computer to its factory settings.
