Operating System Missing

I pressed ecs when installing factory settings on my eMachine E528. I immediately tried to instal from recovery disk and it stopped at 26% done. I tried again installing from recovery system on laptop and again it stopped at 8%. I does not work. Only test that can be done is Memory Diagnostic Tools. Message read "Status: Oxcoooooof" Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible." It won't go to safe mode. It does go to Bios and eMachines Recovery Management. When it's time to select type the only one that will do anything is Competely Restore System to Factory Defaults. When I click that it only goes to 26% and stops.. Can this laptop be restored and if so I need help thank you Bev Downs

No i think their is no way to restore this completely via recovery.

First diagnose all the the devices is working or not .

I thinks the hard drive make it uninstallable you have to install a fresh opertaing system in c drive dont format any other drive.

If the problem presist you have to format all than it should be work fine.

Thanks
