How Can I Reformat If My Dvd Drive Is Broken? Is There Any Alternative?

My laptop couldn't start up, after it checked drive C it suddenly froze and when I restarted it it keeps going back to the same recovery menu no matter what option I press so I want to reformat it but the problem is that my cd/dvd drive is broken so I couldn't boot it. Please help me.
