Postage Discounts

I bought 3 items from a seller who said they give a discount on postage after the first item. One of the three items was postage free, and they combined that with a full-postage-cost item and billed me separately for those two. The third was not billed with the other two, but is in some ambiguous status, is not listed as either paid or unpaid, but asking for feedback, and they still asked for full postage for it also. The same thing happened to me on February 9 with the same company. Just wondering if this happens a lot...that when one tries to take advantage of postage discounts for multiple purchases from the same seller on the same day. the seller divides up the purchases into groups that allow the charging of full postage for all but what they offer as postage free. Is this just a mistake that they have been slow to correct or does it happen routinely? I asked them to fix it earlier today, but they have not responded. It's very frustrating for me because I like to pay for things in full immediately after the last bid closes, and I don't want to be cheated from a discount that was publically offered.

Just ask the seller to send you an invoice for everything. I don't know why he would send you an invoice for some things seperately. If they're all from the same seller you should get one invoice for all three items.
