Yes, it is possible for your item to be delivered within 1 day by choosing the Express Mail delivery service. However, this will only work for domestic orders (Orders within the United States). Ebay also offers the following shipping methods:

First-Class Mail
Priority Mail
Express Mail
Parcel Post
Media Mail
First-Class Mail International
Priority Mail International
Express Mail International
