I Paid For An Ebay Item On The 12th And It Has Not Shipped.
Seller says she sent it on the 15th but is lying because when I track it it never shows as being accepted, so she has created a label. I caloed eBay and they said I have to wait until the 26th to file a claim but it has been 8 days since I paid for it.
