On 12th Jan I Purchased Body Lotion Item Id Transaction Id

One of the bottles arrived completely smashed.What is the procedure for replacement? I emailed you 2 days ago but no response. Is this how Ebay treats customers? Thats what other people have written...just a waste of time trying they say. Is this true or will you rectify this problem? If not I will never buy on Ebay again.

eBay has nothing to do with customer service on any given order. You need to contact the seller by going to my eBay, finding the item in the "Won" area and clicking on the dropdown at the right (Contact Seller).
