I Forgot My Password And I Dont Complete The Registration.

Soo I am trying to get on my eBay account and i know my user ID but I don't know my password. I clicked on forgot password, and it asked me to type in my user ID, so I did. Then an error came up that said, "You have not yet confirmed your registration with eBay. Please complete registration before requesting a new password."Well, I went back to my email and looked through EVERYTHING and I cannot find anything about eBay, unless I probably deleted it. There isn't anything saying, send confirmation email again, or anything like that...SO WHAT DO I DO? Thank you so much.

You can either follow these steps or skip directly to this link (also repeated below) http://pages.ebay.com/services/registration/reqtemppass.html

Enter: Problem confirming eBay registration and you will be taken to page which asks you if you received the email with directions to confirm your registration.

Select No and you will be taken to a page reminding you to check both your Junk and Trash folders. Since you've indicated that you looked everywhere, move to the next link which is Resolve your registration problem: http://pages.ebay.com/services/registration/reqtemppass.html

It is possible that you made a mistake when entering your email on the original registration form. If you made a mistake when entering your email address at registration, there may be no way to access the account because you will never receive that email from eBay. We can only hope that no one else has received that confirmation. You can't close the account because you can't access it.

Since eBay allows you to register two accounts, you can set up another account. I'd do a print screen with each step before moving on. And I would proofread it 3 or 4 times just to be sure. Read for errors and not what you expect to see.
