Duplicate Listings

hi the last 2 days when i list a new item or relist one it has been listed 2 times, i get billed twice and on one i get the message in red letters that one is a duplicate, i have not changed any of my settings, is there someting i am not doing or need to do?

If you get billed twice it only means that someone purchase the item. On eBay you're going to be billed if it was a successful transaction or someone purchased them even without payment. You should cancel the transaction and it will take approximately 10days for the cancelation to push through. Once the transaction was canceled, you wilk automatically received your fees back to your invoices
