I Clearly State That I Do Not Ship Internationally. An International Buyer Won..

In all of my listings i state i DO NOT ship internationally. Buyers have bid and 2 have won and they are international. I have sent them a message saying I do not ship internationally because it is too expensive for my buyers and I will gladly send them an invoice with the shipping rates for their country. I have had no response from them! What to do ....??

You have several options:

If the international buyer has a relative or friend in the US, you can ship the item there and leave it up to them to get the item to the buyer. Have the buyer do a "Ship To" address in the US in PayPal when they make their payment, if that's a feasible option.

You could also report the buyer as an Unwelcome Bidder and cancel the transaction.

In your selling preferences, you must proactively BLOCK international bidders; you can't just say you ship to the US. (Go to My Account/Preferences) You have to say you DON'T ship outside the US. If you do this, international bidders won't be able to even bid on an item, let alone win it.
