If you bid and you won, you're obligated to pay the amount of the bid. It's a legal contract. Unless you can prove fraud on the part of the seller, you are stuck with it.

Did you try to contact the seller? If not!!

Contact the seller and ask them if they'd be willing to Cancel the Transaction.  If they are agreeable, they will send you a Cancel Transaction request which you would then need to Agree to.

 

They don't have to agree though.  If they aren't willing to cancel the transaction, then you need to pay for the item.  If you don't, the seller can file an Unpaid Item dispute against you and Ebay will give you a strike on your account.
