Bought Camera, Using My Ebay Bucks, And Trans Went Thru Using Mypaypal Credit

Hi, I just bought a digital camera pressed button to use my 54 ebay bucks and it looks like it didn't go thru with the eBay huck, which was the only reason I was buting the camera. If it can't be changed I want to cxl the order. I'm visiting In London right now and can't seem to get through on the contact number.
