How Can I Cancel An Order? I Mistakenly Ordered The Wrong Thing.

I thought I was ordering a Kindle 6 3G WiFi, but mistakenly bid and won a Kindle 6 WiFi. I just had 2 brain surgeries in one week one month and one day to the day from today. I am still quite not myself yet. I have tried contacting the seller of the company, but his listed name is not an accurate e-mail address. I have also tried eBay's Customer Support, but could not get a person to speak to there.
