When Will Somebody Please Adress My Problem With Zingas Wonka World Of Candy?

game will not load I've tried downloading the suggested file. It will not fix the problem The game locks up at 39% As I stated in my previous question, I have spent well over $200 on in app purchases in the last few months I would be immensely grateful if this can be addressed and corrected in a timely manner.

Check your Internet connection

Make sure that your device is connected through WiFi, 3G, 4G or LTE.
If you play through a WiFi connection, make sure your router is on. Additionally, try not to play too far away from it, as you may lose the WiFi signal.

Restart your device

Restart your app by force-closing it

Make sure you have the latest version of your app installed

Force close unnecessary background apps
