Please Help Because My Castleville Is Not Loading Anymore

MY CASTLEVILLE IS NOT LOADING FOR 4 DAYS AND I INSTALLED FLASH PLAYER AT LEAST 6 TIMES ON 2 LAPTOPS .. WHAT CAN I DO?
