Everytime I Try To Play Hidden Chronicles On Face Book Or Zynga.com My Game Free

I might get a few moments before it stops working,nothing will move ,i cant move around my estate and it takes forever to ask friends for help.every couple of secondsat the top of the game it will say, either a plug in is unresponsive or shockwave has stopped working or crashed ,reloading the game does not help.i had two shockwaveflashes and was told what one to diable ,it didnt help ,then further down the same page i noticed a third shockwave pepper flash type ppapi out of processwhat does this mean and how should i fix this so i can continue playing the game that ive worked so hard and so long at .this problem has really slowed me down in my progress with the game and its sooo frustrating ,i really love this game and would like to keep playing,what should i do ,im not computer savy at all if you could please help me as soon as possible it would be much appreciated,i am disabled and this is all i have to do for fun PLEASE HELP ME, MANY THANKS.
